We stayed in the middle of the house reef with private pool and it was excellent. No sunsets but amazing sunrises. Saw turtles, baby black tip, octopus and countless fish just snorkeling. The dive shop is excellent all equipment well maintained and the boats looked new. The restaurants and choice of cuisine were amazing! Staff were helpful and warm and willing to go the extra mile!! You won't regret it! We'll be back with our children next !

The overwater pools villa was amazing and being able to swim in the ocean/reef at your doorstep.

Relaxing and enjoyable, with beautiful rooms, stunning views, and great dining.

Our stay at Grand Park Kodhipparu was overall amazing. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process, although there was a delay with our baggage delivery, taking nearly an hour and a half. Once settled, we found the rooms properly cleaned and beautifully appointed, offering a serene atmosphere. The internet in the rooms was a bit slow, which could be improved. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the impressive breakfast buffet, featuring various delicious options. Dinner choices were satisfactory, and our water villa provided stunning views and a comfortable stay. One area for improvement would be the service speed, understandable given the size of the island. It would usually take 20-25 mins for the pick-up cart service to arrive due to distance or due to demand during peak hours. Despite this, every aspect of our experience was exceptional, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. Grand Park Kodhipparu is indeed a great choice for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

While our experience at Grand Park Kodhipparu was largely positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The slow baggage service was a bit frustrating, taking over an hour and a half after check-in for the bags to be delivered to our room. Additionally, the internet in the rooms could be faster, as it was a bit slow during our stay. Lastly, while the island is beautiful, the service can be slow at times due to its size, as staff need to travel longer distances to attend to requests.

Amazing stay in Maldives!

The hotel is just amazing! Super friendly staff that coordinated fully our logistics to the hotel and allowed us to do early check-in and offered flexible options for late checkout too. The chef from The Edge Restaurant is the best! He advised us on every meal and the food was amazing. We also did scuba diving in the hotel and the instructor was super friendly and the experience was amazing as there are super nice reefs in the hotel waters.

Summer holiday in Maldives so relax.

We were staying for 2 night in this property. Arrived at Male airport, one of the staff already there then took us to the boat and ready for transfer. Mr. Maksud very helpful and friendly he was in charge since we arrived and escort till the end of our stay. We seen million dollar views surroundings us. At night saw beautiful colour fish swam under the glass floor. The Grand Kodhipparu Maldives very clean, white sand beaches, colourful ocean water good for relaxing. The property provided varieties food for breakfast. We also tried local cuisine, it was so delicious. We went for spa and loved it. Thank you for your hospitality.

it's good but not worth the money!

I liked that it was close to the Airport, only 20 minutes away. The beautiful view and crystal clear water. Breakfast was the best offered food on the resort! Very kind cleaners.

Way too expensive for what you get offered. I. live in Qatar which is a very luxurious place I get treated with each day, so my standards are high. For the price you pay for your stay at Grand Park I expect top notch wifi (it was so bad), free airport transfer, way more food alternatives (sushi, more meat options) and a smooth beach without hurting your feet in the ocean. Also 15 dollars for a redbull is outrageous. I saw one meter big shark twice while snorkeling outside of our water villa which made us not enjoy swimming in the ocean the next days after. Be careful! Ordering a buggy/golf cart from your villa to the breakfast should not take 10 minutes to get. Sometimes the buggy did not come at all!

5 star hotel indeed!

The hotel was exceptional. Love the activities they provide. Staff were friendly and excellent. Could improve on food selection at the edge restaurant buffet otherwise love the ambiance of breeze restaurant and food service at villas. Indeed a paradise and a 5 star worth experience.

Everything was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a beach villa and felt very comfortable with our 3-year-old son. During our stay, housekeeping came three times a day to clean the room. The beach and sea were like a piece of heaven. As for the food, they created a wide variety that caters to everyone’s taste. There were dishes from Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cuisines. We would especially like to thank Lifestyle host Osamah for his help during this time

Wonderful breakout for 4 nights

The setting is of course the biggest asset. Great views all around. The SPA is definitely a nice break-out from the "routine of doing strictly nothing", although a bit pricey. The staff is great and helping out !

The buffet style restaurant "The Edge" is a bit too limited in choices in my opinion (having done many hotels and buffets in the rest of the world). So the value for money is not at point here. Also, it is just plain annoying asking guests to pay for water at the table. It feels a bit off...

Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations! The overwater villa was beautifully designed, super clean, and the view from the bed straight to the ocean was simply breathtaking. The service was extremely professional, with every single detail handled perfectly. Huge thanks to Mr. Junaid Ahmed for his exceptional hospitality and to Kenza from the setup team for being so kind and helpful. They even offered us a complimentary late check-out on our last day, which made our departure way more relaxing. Communication was fast and smooth throughout our stay. My stay at Grand Park Kodhipparu was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and breathtaking surroundings made me feel like we had stepped into a paradise. The overwater villa was beautifully designed; spacious, elegant, and offering panoramic views of the turquoise ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the private deck was truly unforgettable. The service throughout my visit was impeccable. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out. A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful lifestyle host, Alisa, who was incredibly helpful and responsive, she truly enhanced my experience. I also deeply appreciate the thoughtful birthday cake and the lovely decorations prepared by the front desk team. My stay at Grand Park Kodhipparu was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. I left with a heart full of gratitude and memories I’ll cherish forever.

Room (ocean water villa) was amazing! Beautiful view! Our villa host Cassie was very helpful. Answered our queries very fast and gave us some tips to enjoy our stay. Tried the Kodhiparru Fusion Massage and it was amazing! Daniel was really good!
